Courtly Love

Há dias fantásticos! E um deles foi quando a festa da BistrotChic L'Amour Courtois foi destacada no blog e na página da Facebook da Amy Atlas, a referência de todas as festas!

Quero partilhar a minha enorme alegria com todos que me têm acompanhado e apoiado nesta aventura e sem eles não teria sido possível!

Esta foi uma festa muito especial e prometida à muito tempo. Uma festa que celebra o amor e tudo o que ele representa.

Optámos por um styling elegante e muito romântico, inspirados pelo o Amor Cortês da Idade Média, que ressalvava a expressão mais pura do amor e da admiração.

 A escolha dos doces servidos recaiu sobre um bolo principal de Red Velvet, Charlottes de Framboesa e cobertura de Limão, Trufas de Coco, Trifles de Champagne, Cupcakes de Limão e Cupcakes de Chocolate com recheio de Framboesa.

The recognition of my work, came the day this party was featured by Amy Atlas. This was such a huge honor for me! I believe this is a dream for every party stylist in the world! 


The style of this party was a throw back to the original spirit of Valentine – l'Amour Courtois- a European expression of pure love and admiration that flourished in medieval times. The expression of love was offered by presenting flowers, offering confectionery and writing greeting cards. These are the three main elements of the dessert table that we created. Sweet treats on the dessert table included Red Velvet cake, Coconut Truffles, Champagne Trifles, Raspberry Charlotte with Lemon Buttercream, Chocolate Cupcakes filled with Raspberry cream and Lemon Cupcakes.
