The celebration of the end of one year and the beginning of a new one is no doubt marked by glitter and shine.
BistrotChic could not escape the rule, but we wanted to do it in a more discreet and elegant way, by using gold and silver, to which we added black.
The central element was a black tissue pom, where we added sticks which fit randomly, painted in gold, to give a different and unique look and finished with a gold ribbon, an element we used repeatedly in the rest of the table to create uniformity throughout the composition.
And because a party is made of details, we used a vintage candy jar and fill the foot with white feathers to visually lift it from the table and give lightness. We also puted white feathers on the bottom of the table against the wall in order to outline the table.
When one thinks of shine, this not necessarily needs to be in excess, enough small notes simple and discreet will give the necessary emphasis, as here, where we use three thin strips of sequins and a simple golden ribbonto tie the flutes of Champagne.
We ask bake4u to make us some cake pops with black glitter which we added some small black feathers and a white cake with ribbons and grosgrain satin with a black flower on top.
We also asked them to make some cupcakes with golden sprinkles on top and we added a gold lace.
The photos were made by our good friend Teresa.
Happy New Year to everyone!
